As you get older, you should focus more on having a few areas of engaging activities outside of your job. If you’re dealing with younger women, remember that they like to have fun. Have some interesting things to talk about that are going on in your life. Don’t include these interests for the sake of keeping the woman interested – you should already have things going on for yourself. In turn, having hobbies and interests makes you a more interesting man.

A good rule of thumb is to have a passion project – like working on a documentary , an unusual skill – like being able to speak French conversationally, an intriguing area of study – such as metaphysics, and an activity that you enjoy – like kayaking as examples. This is in addition to you having your favorite genres of music, movies, foods, etc. 

One of the main benefits to having hobbies and interests is that they keep you occupied. Being occupied takes your mind off of stressful things and it ensures that you’re not concentrating too much on women. Participating in leisurely activities adds to your quality of life. 

ACCEPT THAT SOME WOMEN ARE JUST NOT A GOOD FIT FOR YOU

Don’t let her youth be your excuse to tolerate nonsense. Don’t let your longing for her beauty and companionship cause you to lose your self-respect. At the very least, she should be mature enough to be a peaceable woman.
